Mr. Weatherly has over 30 years of experience in corporate financial management, investment banking, investment fund management and public accounting.  In 1988 he co-founded the investment banking firm that is today CapSource Financial.  He is one of the founding general partners of the CapSource Fund and CapSource 2000 Fund.  His prior business experience includes serving as a Senior Vice President of Brown & Root, Inc. (a worldwide construction company) in Houston, Texas and London, England and was a Senior Vice President of Weatherford International (a worldwide energy services company).  He was President and CEO of a Weatherford subsidiary acquired in a leveraged buy out in 1986.  After receiving a Masters of Accountancy degree from the University of Mississippi he worked for Arthur Andersen as an audit manager in their Houston, Texas office for eight years prior to joining Brown & Root, Inc. in 1974.  He is a certified public accountant.  Mr. Weatherly has served as a director of Callon Petroleum Company (NYSE) since 1994 and currently serves on the board of several of the portfolio companies of the CapSource Funds.
