As one of the founding members of the CapSource Fund, LP and the CapSource 2000 Fund, LP, James has been responsible for the day-to-day activities of both Funds since the first Fund's creation in 1997.  From 1993, James was involved in consulting assignments and the investment banking business of AmeriMark Capital Group (now CapSource Financial), which involved assisting mid market business operations throughout the country in business and financial planning and assistance, cash flow management, and technology implementation.  He has over 30 years experience in commercial bank management, corporate management, investment banking, and financial consulting.  Appointed in 1993 by the Governor of the state of Mississippi, he served on the Board of Economic Development.  He was a founding member of the SBA licensed Certified Development Company of Mississippi for five years, serving as President for two years. In addition to his undergraduate degree from the University of Mississippi, James is also a graduate of the School of Banking of the South at Louisiana State University in Baton Rouge, Louisiana and attended the South Texas College of Law in Houston, Texas.
